REFUGE ADDICTIONS MINISTRY
True freedom is found through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 NASB
Addiction comes in many forms, but is always a destructive force. Breaking free from the bonds of addiction takes a lot of support, so we’ve created a program called Refuge for that purpose. Our Mission is to help people who are struggling with life-dominating sins find hope and freedom in Christ. No matter what is dominating your life right now – alcohol, drugs, gambling, eating disorders, purity issues, etc. – our program provides an encouraging safe place for you to grow in your walk with God. You’ll also experience community, accountability, and learn about your true identity in Christ through Biblical truth. Our hope is that all participants who complete the program will move into a PC3 small group and give glory to God by bringing hope to others with their story of healing.
When: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM
Where: Studio 3 (Wilmington Campus)
Who: Everyone is welcomed to check us out!
How Does It Work?
Refuge consists of different phases where you will learn tools to help you find freedom, and receive support and encouragement to move forward with your life.
Foundations is a short-term class where individuals have the opportunity to hear testimonies from those who have gone before them and learn about topics that are crucial in the process of discovering freedom from addiction.
Redemption Groups are longer-term small groups where you begin to build community with others around you. These new relationships help you grow and encourage you as you leave behind your old life and begin your new one.
